February 4, 2020 - 2:30pm to 3:30pm
Hock Plaza Auditorium - Ground Level 2424 Erwin Road, Durham NC

Our next Autism Seminar will take place on Tuesday, February 4th at 2:30 pm. Our speaker will be Heather Cody Hazlett, PhD, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, UNC-Chapel Hill, and Psychologist, Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities. Our understanding of early brain development in autism has been informed by prospective longitudinal studies of infants who later go on to get a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This talk will review the main findings that have come from this research and the implications for early identification. Please email elizabeth.sturdivant@duke.edu for location/parking information.
