Please join us for the next presentation in our 2023 - 2024 Duke Center for Autism Seminar Series! Our presenter will be Connor M. Kerns, Ph.D. Dr. Kerns is an associate professor and director of the Anxiety Stress and Autism Program (ASAP) in the Department of Psychology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Her research interests include assessment and treatment of autism, childhood anxiety, and stress-related disorders (including trauma-related disorders) in autistic youth and young adults. Her work explores sources and manifestations of anxiety and stress in people on the autism spectrum with the aim of developing and testing new clinical assessment tools and psychotherapies.
